How safe are tubular lanterns
Tubular lanterns are substantially safer than any non-electric light source. The tubular lantern has a safety feature that cuts off the air supply to the burner if it is tipped over. This balanced draft will extinguish the lanterns flame in seconds.
If the correct oil is used, our lanterns are suited for indoor use in ventilated areas. (do not burn citronella oil indoors)
